Photography FAQ

We primarily serve the Treasure Valley, but we have shot all across the western US. Any travel fees are agreed on beforehand, so send us your ideas and we will see what we can do for you.

We usually like to be booked 1 to 6 months ahead so we can plan around your date, especially for weddings. If we are available we can also do short notice, so just ask and we will check our availability.

Payment is due in full before the shoot. For weddings we take a 50% deposit before the wedding day, with the rest due before your photos are delivered.

Turnaround depends on the length of the shoot and how many photos are expected, but for most projects you can expect everything back in about 2 weeks. We can deliver through Amazon Photos, Google Photos, or Google Drive, with access for one month. For long-term access we can load your photos onto a storage drive, either your own or one we provide for a small fee.

Yes, you will have printing rights to your photos. Full-resolution files from any session are available for a small additional fee.

We will talk through outfits before the day of your shoot. Our best advice for nerves is to do the preparation ahead of time, so that on the day you can relax and let us work our magic.

We will always work around the weather. Most people just choose another day and we try again, at no additional fee.

Yes, we offer all three. If you have a specific look in mind, send us your thoughts and we will bring your vision to life.

Yes. All we need are your product dimensions and a few examples of the look you want your products to have.

We offer both engagement sessions and a second shooter by request, each for an additional fee. The number of photos for each wedding package is on our wedding session information card, and if you need something different we can work something out.

Yes. Two rounds of edits are included in the price of your photos, and we can do touch-ups on a few pictures on request.

If you have already paid, we will work with you to find a new date. If no date can be found, you get your money back. The only exception is cancelling or rescheduling on the day of the shoot, which costs $20.

Yes. We offer a wide variety of print sizes and options for a selection of your session photos, with pricing based on size and framing. Full-resolution files are also available so you can print your own photos and albums.
